You may return your phone within 14 days of receiving it. The phone must be in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, email us at returns@degoogledirect.com. We will provide you with a shipping label & instructions for the return.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if your item is damage or defective. All of our items are inspected before sale, however, sometimes things happen!
Refunds
We will issue your refund once the phone has been returned and inspected. You will be refunded as soon as possible back to your original payment method.
